C. Interpretation of District Boundaries
- For the purposes of determining district boundaries, the line of a right of way, street, railroad, or watercourse shall be the centerline.
- District boundaries shown approximately parallel to the line of a right of way, street, railroad, waterway, or Town line shall be deemed parallel to said line at the distance indicated on the Zoning Map.
- District boundaries which are defined by existing property or lot lines shall be fixed as of the date of their adoption, and unaffected by subsequent changes in such lines.
