B. District Requirements

- The dimensional requirements for uses and structures in each district shall be as shown on Appendix A, except as otherwise provided in this Section.
- Special permit for conversion of a single-family house to a two-family house on lots which do not meet dimensional requirements for two-family houses may be granted, provided that:
- The house has been in existence, and has contained at least eight rooms ever since January 1, 1930,
- The lot, in its present dimensions, has been in existence ever since June 30, 1974, and
- The general requirements set forth in Section V B are met.
